Fashion designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka moved out of their 2,000-square-foot rental duplex into a 546-square-foot studio apartment in midtown Manhattan they bought three years ago. Pretty much what I'm looking for at the moment. But with a little more room for my clothes and shoes, of course.
