Cerebral UK designer Hussein Chalayan, who recently admitted his disaffection with models-turned-designers, has teamed up with premium denim label J Brand for a capsule collection resulting in three quintessential styles - the Beau, straight-leg boyfriend jean ($247), the Circuit ($257), a circular cut cropped jean and the Legging ($249), super-skinny denim legging (pictured above). These solid black lightweight denim was launched at Barneys New York on August 4. None of that Transformers-style that he blew us away with in 2007 (watch the video), although I would love for the straight leg jeans to mechanically transform into shorts without having to cut them!
