Nicolas Ghesquiere's muse, actress Jennifer Connelly, who graced Balenciaga's Spring/Summer 2008 ad campaign have returned for the second time for Fall 2009, with mixed reactions. Photographer Steven Meisel captured an interesting perspective into the shot, which clearly reflects the brand's essence. Contrary to the naysayers, Connelly looks exceptionally stunning from head to toe and I'm loving it!
To celebrate the launch of Balenciaga in Australia, Michael Zavros collaborated exclusively with Jean Brown for a one-off-a-kind art exhibition of the iconic handbag. Inspired by graffiti techniques and street culture, Zavros's imagery is one to be praised. His previous work such as Alexander McQueen/Bay, Gucci/Black or the Windkiedach Wiggle'/a were absolutely brilliant.
